PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING

Outsurance advertise that they are the better insurance company but that is the biggest lie i have ever heard......<br> <br> On the 22nd of May my mother(client of Outsurance) reversed into me (her daughter),when my mother did the claim she was told that fixing my car and hers would not be a problem and that i should just provide them with documentation which i did. Then today at 10:27 after i have submitted all my documents they tell me they will not be covering my claim for the stupid reason that the accident happened between family... Now that is the worst excuse i have EVER heard all not to pay a claim..... Is this what they call insurance!!! DISGUSTED...Then they have the audacity to ask my mother(THEIR CLIENT) if she honestly thinks i will sue her for damaging my car..... This is the type of service that they offer they are all good to take money but when it comes to paying they have 1 million excuses. I would like to say they are by the WORST insurance EVER.
