Pathetic service
wow, is it the best service that outsurance provide to customers. their website says Get a quote you go through 7 steps when you done expecting to get a quote then you get a message consultant will contact you.
I was so upset I wasted my time with cause consultant ask you the same question you answered online. On top of that the consultant after they realised that they didn't beat your current insurance they are quick to say goodbye to avoid that request of R500.00 since I sent an email till now no reply but when you request a quote they are quick to call you.
