Pathetic Service Claim ***

I had a leak in my geyser pipe in July. This caused damage to my bathroom and passage area. I called Outsurance and I paid the excess contractors Monteirose Projects came out and did the repair and caused further damage to another room next to the passage area. I informed the Monteirose Projects on the same day.. They told the contractors to paint up and the contractors refused to put the nails that fell out of the ceiling and advised they dont want to cause more damanage. About two weeks back i called them to inform that the ceiling is now caving in. Was assisted by Bongani in the complaints department. No one has called me back since. Very terrible service. Several calls and emails have met with no assistance.
