Pathetic Service

Absolutely *********** workmanship and terrible quality of work by outsurance and its service providers!

I have had an insurance claim on my vehicle with outsurance and the work that was done on the vehicle was terrible! my bumper does not align, tow eye is not straight, bottom grill not straight, vehicle has a missfire, gears are grinding and not selecting at times after the gearbox was changed!

When I call outsurance they tell me that the assessor will call me, when I call the assessor he says that outsurance adviser will call me and it goes back and forth in the same way! This incident took place in July and now we in the end of November.

I need my vehicle to be sorted out and if not I will open up a page on facebook and show the social media world on your trend of **** ups as this is not the first time. I am sure other customers who suffers with this insurance company will be able to come out in the open and expose your terrible workmanship. You guys are the cheapest but this is the **** you get with dealing with cheap Insurance companies
