pathetic service

I took out car insurance with you guys not because you were cheaper than other people but because I thought you were a good company as you have all my other items insurance. I have just realised I made a huge mistake. Your consultant captured the wrong colour of the car when taking out the policy and when I took the car for inspection you guys tell me the colour is wrong and my premium is going up! I have called you guys 5 times now and every single consultant says they will sort it out and call me back. Nobody have even bothered to call me back! You just push up my premiums with out me agreeing to it. What has happened to your awesome service you use to have. You guys phoned me twice a day worrying me to take out insurance but when there is a problem nobody seems to care and you are just *****ing my money now. I spend almost R2000 with you a month and I get treated like this! I think I should take my business elsewhere, maybe I will get better service... you guys are useless and I'm sick and tired of trying to get answers..<br> My policy number is OT***5 check and see how many people I spoke to with no response or help.
