pathetic service

Hi I've requested outsurance to contact me now twice with no response. And I haven't received any notification from them that they tried to subtract from the wrong account my monthly premium..it was only to go off end of Nov from the new bank account. Now I've tried to settle the amount but nobody comes back to me the bank details.
