Pathetic service.
Greatest regret changing to Outsurance. One they sold me the policy they provided no after sales service. Agents and team leaders really inept. They are not willing to go the extra mile. Cancelled my tracking company to engage the one they recommended. They keep passing the buck. As I write now they have transferred me to the tracking company that does dont pick up. I wonder how well they handle claims.
