Pathetic service
In the month of May 2025 there was an accident where the Outsurance client skipped a robot and hit my car, the accident that left my car badly damage. Their client gave my driver the details for third party claim and we submitted our claim which they responded requesting additional information. The additional information was submitted on 30 May 2025 to Kgomotso Rapoo and to date we have not received a response.
Their claim documents stated that the claim outcome will be communicated after 3 weeks. It is now a full month and nothing has been received from Outsurance. I am very disappointed at their customer service and what really upset me is that I stated in the claim that my car is used for e-hailing in order for me to feed my kids. It’s been 4 weeks without an income, my car is sitting in a s****yard and I will have to pay for storage.
I was thinking of signing up with them as an insurer but after this? Thanks but NO thanks.
I will be slapping their client with a lawsuit as my car needs to be fixed and my kids need to eat.
We apologize for the poor service experience.

Our legal manager, Jonathan, has been in contact with you to address your concerns and he has discussed the merits of the claim in detail. Every claim is dealt with on its own merits, and we base our decision on case law and information at our disposal.
Jonathan has advised you that there were conflicting versions of events and due to the lack of conclusive evidence, we cannot proceed with a settlement offer. Jonathan advised you that if you can provide us with any further information or evidence such as video footage, witness statements etc. we will review the claim.

Outsurance stayed with my claim for almost two months without processing it now they are coming back and asking me to go and find a footage which they were supposed to find themselves before making a decision not to pay my claim furthermore they **** and said they spoke to my driver who confirmed that such call was never received by him.
I am definitely reporting Outsurance to NFO for their ********* conduct they can inform them how they came to such a decision without properly investigating this matter as for their client I will be slapping her with a lawsuit. One way or the other my car will be paid.
