Pathetic Service

i conatcted your consultant in the Month of may and he advised me i am due for a cashback in June 2015. I called him the 09 June 2015 @ 11:50 and advised him of my cashback which is due to me....He tells me now he did not say so and he does not remember. i am experiencing to much trouble with outsurance...They dont stick to their promise. I will be drafting up a email soon and will be cancelling it... I will be moving to Santam who offers better service
