<p>Phoned Outsurance in order to discuss a policy got given an e-mail address which was not a valid e-mail address had to phone again & eventually got an e-mail address and was given a reference number over a week ago!!!!! No communication at all. Issues to do with insurance are ALWAYS urgent how can you be made to wait??? I would not recommend Outsurance to anybody!</p>

Outsurance responded very politely and quickly to my problem and it was sorted out immediately. Thank you for your speedy resolution to my problem.
