Pathetic service

I took out lady at out to think I would be covered if anything happened to me. I was ****** Sunday nights which 2800 in cash was ****** from me. I was helped by Thato and I'm grateful for her help but was it really my fault that I was almost hi jacked and can't get my money back? No where in your policy does it state that cash in my wallet won't be covered and you guys insure under a pretence that we will be covered no matter what happens but that's not the case. What if they had shot us for the money just because I knew I did not have cover? I've had lady at out for about 3 years and this is the service I get. I understand that banks are moving away from people keeping cash on them but if I give a ***** my card would they be impressed and lenient while my life is danger. I had 3 kids in the car and I also have to be considerate of them and it's been a traumatic experience but do you really think I deserve such service after being a loyal client and that's the slap I get in my face.
