Pathetic promotion run by Outsurance

I called Outsurance yesterday, 3rd December to get a quote for vehicle insurance. I spoke to a guy called Sizwe, who assisted me through the process. Unfortunately they could not beat my current insurance, where I'm paying R 709.87 and they quoted me R 1448.99. Since Outsurance is running a promotion were you receive R 400 if they can't beat your current Insurance; I was eligible to receive the payment from them. I was promised promised that there will be a link emailed to me where I have to put in a OTP and upload the policy from my current insurer. I am being sent from pillar to post with regards to the email containing. Today, 4th Dec, I spoke to a guy called Xavier Loubser, who sent me the link, infact 2 links. When I open both links, I get an error message stating that "the promotion has expired for this quote." This is pathetic as it's only been a day after I've done the quote with Outsurance.
