Pathetic premiums go up because of a pothole!!!! Bad service

if you are planning on insuring a vehicle through outsurance please don't use your car at all. i am being punished on my premiums because of pothole damage they listed this as a single vehicle accident... like really i mean how the heck is a person suppose to drive on our roads and not get tire or rim damage at some point?

So i just complained about this listing and was SHOCKED when the complaints department told the following "if you have an accident and we see that there has been repairs done to the rims or tires they have the right to refuse the claim" like really? is this acceptable? i have 18" rims with low profile tires do you really expect them not to get damaged on these Gauteng roads?

this after being insured with them for 9 years they refuse to remove this listing just because i phoned and asked if i have some tire and rim benefit?

so now i can not get a new car because all insurance companies sees that i had a motor vehicle accident from a damn pothole !!!! unacceptable
