Pathetic Outsurance Replacement Response!

Absolutely Pathetic!!!!! You guys are trying to make your customers like fools! i have been with you guys for years and i am going to move to another insurer! My claim 3294***** with regard to my rings that were lost during the flooding has just been a joke of note, you guys are taking my ring which was valued at over R100k and telling me your own 3rd party jewelers can replace the same for under R30K! insisting that i should go with your 3rd party! i was told my jewelery will be replaced like for like...well Outsurance, like for like would be replacing my 3 NWJ 18ct white gold rings with the same NWJ 18ct white gold rings not your 3rd party. Your claims manager even went as far as to say that your 3rd party jewelers can engrave "NWJ" on the rings and it would be the same, this is ***** outsurance!!!!!, your calls are recorded, please have a listen! My claim is still not resolved!
