Pathetic Outsurance

Please be very, very wary of Outsurance and their empty promises. I submitted a claim approximately two and a half weeks ago and counting. I received three different settlement values for three different Agents, two was received via emails. Each time the settlement values decreased. I am now been forced to accept a settlement value which I have continuously rejected while requesting a reason for the difference in settlement values. The accident was caused by a drunk driver and I am experiencing major challenges with Outsurance to claim the excess and/or have the drunk driver`s insurance pay for the damages. Once this claim is resolved I am most definitely changing to a more understanding, more willing and more helpful insurer. I am with Outsurance for more than 15 years and this is the treatment one receives for being loyal client! Pathetic, Pathetic
