PATHETIC OUTSURANCE

Absolutely pathetic! They are great sales men, and so friendly when selling you a new policy. They don't stop calling to get you hooked. BUT TRY AND CANCEL YOUR INSURANCE WITH THEM! They are so arrogant! They hang up on you when you insist that you want to cancel with them! After calling the Whole day! and being redirected from one person to the next, I ended up with thee most unprofessional, arrogant person, with NO respect, treats you like just a number. (Try calling their customer care number,,,,,, it doesn't work, at least not when I tried calling on it)

SO GLAD I MOVED TO ANOTHER INSURER. COULD NOT IMAGINE WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE TRYING TO GET A CLAIM OUT OF THEM!
