Pathetic Excuses / OT***1 MR R MOONSINGH

I am not sure who manages the customer complaints department but they are clearly not doing a good job at all. Since I made a claim I have received nothing but awful service, lack of communication, pathetic excuses from almost all that have dealt with me. <br> I am so exhausted right now I do not even know where to begin telling the world how terrible my experience has been with an insurer that claims to be the best in SA! <br> If you guys care enough as you advertise on TV about your clients then please contact me.
