Pathetic excuse for a company

I put in a building claim last year and it was rejected due to ridiculous reasons (outsurance will use any reason what so ever not to pay). I disputed the claim and have been trying to follow up ever since. It is now almost a year and I have heard nothing and no-one gets back to me. They keep on saying that they are waiting for the assessors manager etc. They are a sorry excuse for a company and do not give a damn about customers.<br> <br> DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! They keep on taking installments but don't like it when you claim.
