Pathetic customer service and debit your account with out approval

<p>I enquired about a policy with Outsurance, and they couldnt help with contractors all risk.</p> <p>I Emailed and instructed them to pause and not to debit my bank account, policy was activated and they dont want to refund me my money.</p> <p>Policy number OT ********** 2</p> <p>Te service is pathetic and they take your money with out your knolledge or approval.... Outsurance never again!!!!!</p>
