PATHETIC CLAIMS SERVICE-HJ BOSCH&SONS PANELBEATERS

The only time you know whether your insurance company keeps its promises is when you have a claim and I can now confirm after my claim that OUTSURANCE IS IN THE BUSINESS OF COLLECTING MONEY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CLAIMS SERVICE. Their service providers are just as pathetic! I was involved in an accident on the 10/08, outsurance authorised repairs with HJ Bosch & Sons. I called the panelbeaters on the 13/08 they had not collected the vehicle yet. I spoke to Tiaan who advised that when they receive the vehicle they do their own quotes to check if they agree with the assessor or not .By the 18/08 they had not even looked at the vehicle. On the 31/08 outsurance contacted the panelbeaters and Kobus confirmed the repairs were completed that they are just waiting for rims.Today i went to check the vehicle and all that was done was ONE WHEEL WAS CHANGED!The vehicle is still damaged and nothing has been done because outsurance did not quote on it. the vehicle is CLEARLY SKEW, DAMAGES ARE CLEARLY VISIBLE but the assessor did not quote on it so they wont fix it. I AM SHOCKED THAT OUTSURANCE & THEIR PANELBEATER WANT TO RETURN A DAMAGED VEHICLE TO ME WITH NEW TYRES?? YET I PAY MY FULL PREMIUMS
