Pathetic Claims Service

I had a claim in December, at the time I was an employee at OUTsurance. I never got any feedback regarding my claim. I had to always follow-up! It took them 2 months to sort out my vehicle. I live in Kempton Park, they sent my vehicle to a SP in Brakpan. I have been having so many problems with vehicle since I got it back and for the past 2 days I have been trying to get help from OUTsurance but there isn't even a response. I emailed the lady yesterday regarding my concerns and I didn't even get a reply. I have been trying to phone her and there has been no answer. OUTsurance is always bragging they have such awesome service and turn around times but that is nonsense. I have experienced first hand how pathetic their service actually is.
