Pathetic and disgusting insurance company
Outsurance are absolute ********. My husbands car was ****** on the 14th of June. Thankfully Tracker managed to find the car the same day and not even half an hour later. The computer box and ignition were damaged. Outsurance took the car to an approved autobody shop and assessed the car and then sent an assessment report . The amount was 62 000 including the excess . On Friday the 15th of July they sent another assessment report stating that the car is uneconomical to repair as the damages are now 93000..... how???? There are a bunch of other things now included on the report , where did they come from????So it took them a month ,with the car not in our possession to come back and say they cant fix the car. The assessment was done by the same person so does that mean he had it wrong the first time???? We cannot be held liable for their incompetence, how do we know it wasn't damaged at the repair shop???? Absolute bull****. They are fine with you paying religiously every month but when it comes time to hold up their end of the bargain are absolutely useless and *********. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by this ******* situation. After being ****** by ****** we are now dealing with the biggest ****** of them all. Use another insurance broker because they are absolute trash. Oh and this is the best part... after saying we cant take the car because it is financed today they said we can but we have to retract the claim so they won't pay out.
