Pathetic

<p>My sister had an accident on the 20th May nothing major the rear bumper damaged and the Engine sump damaged broken wich resulted in the Engine Seezing. On the night of recovery the Towing company lost the car keys.............Up untill today the 20/06/2017 the car has been standing by the Pannel Beaters for the rear bumper repair, Contacting Outsurance has had no result in solving any problem or giving any answers, the rentel car is only valid for a month wich is about to expire...................It seems like there is no willing nice to help and look after there clients, A hole month for a Bumper Repair and Engine Repair wich we dont' even no if anything is done or not, we dont even know if the car is going to be writen off or not, not the pannel beaters or Outsurance can give a answer, I am sure after this claim is setteld the insurence will be canseld because this service is beyond pathetic.</p>
