Pathetic!

Hi i thought i would write on your facebook page seeing that i am not getting any joy from your *********** staff , so on the 20th of march 2018 i was at a stop street outside my work place waiting for a motorbike to pass , and one of your clients was on the opposite side at the intersection , not wanting to wait to cross she then proceeded and and knocked the motorbike into my car while i was stationary bear in mind the guy on the motorbike was hooting for her to stop because it was his right of way and she obviously was not looking around to check if it was safe so my problem with this whole ordeal is that i received a quote obviously less then what my own quote was because you people hate paying out, so the quote i received a portion of that you guys want to pay and the rest you want me to claim from the guy on the motorbike, the guy who had right of way , the guy who had no choice in this matter , so i phoned your call center and spoke to Maduna Maduna and his telling me about collision law , what **** is that, how the hell is a innocent guy that had no choice in this matter responsible to pay he could not have prevented this accident , clearly your client was not obeying the rules of the road , i need this sorted i am not paying in any amount nor will i claim from a guy who was a victim in this matter as well as myself . i know you guys will fight this thing to your last just not to pay a few rands extra but i will not be accepting your bull**** !!!!!
