Pathertic service

The service i recieved at outsurance is pathetic.i have a claim for my samsung 55inch smart Tv i'm covered for accidental damage and my friends child threw a toy onto the now there is 2 white dots on the tv. I explained to the asssor what had happened and the asssor says its ware and tear. Honestly being honest does get you anywhere rather be dishonest lie and maybe you would come right. Apoke to the manager manager also doesnt gibe u a chance to talk and explain. Why should i pay a premium every month and and time for claiming they come with stories. My suggestion is stay far away from outsurance as possible
