PATCHETIC SERVICE TIMES 5!!!

I am so disgusted with the service from Outsurance. I spoke to 5 people today. This morning to update insurance on my business vehicle. This afternoon to 4 other people, the one more *********** than the other. Simple... I needed to change my business name and an address on my policy... This took me nearly an hour. Thabo, who is clearly the head of a department as I asked to speak to his manager and was told that no one is available... imagine... I wanted to change one address and as a very very irate customer I was told to calm down! That made the situation far worse! Thabo told me as a customer \\understand?\. Who does he think he is speaking to? <br> <br> I have personal and business cover with outsurance. I feel like cancelling both policies even if I need to pay more than I do at outsurance. I will need a very good reason to stay at outsurance.<br> <br> The service\""
