I called outsurance @ 8h15 its 8h45 spoke to 4 different consultants was placed on hold and no one says nothing, is this the service you guys deliver? It would cost me nothing to cancel my policies and move on to someone who wants the business, doesn't matter if I have a police of R1 of R10000.00 all clients should be treated the same..
