Part 1 of 2). Well, I've been an Outsurance customer for 17 years, and I can tell you it's one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. They were there for me in 2012 when we had a major hail storm in Johannesburg. They repaired the massive damage to my vehicle absolutely hassle free. They came through for me like true service ambassadors of the insurance industry. Fast forward to last week. I made a huge *****oo as I pulled out of a parking lot where I damaged someone's vehicle by accident. I immediately phoned to submit my claim for a 3rd party claim. It was the most comforting, empathetic, and understanding consultant by the name of Ratish Kandhai that made the biggest difference on a horrible day. They service I received from this gentleman is just one of the reasons I will never part ways with Outsurance.
