Panic Attack

OUTsurance, what a shocker. After being with them since the 1 December 2018. I cancelled my insurance with them on the 21 August 2023 and during the conversation with the consultant saying that the debit order that would be taken the following day, would be my last payment to them and that they must not take money on the 22nd of September. The consultant then continued to harass me, telling me how Outsurance were busy revising all policies to bring down the expenses for clients, to which I called him a **** and told him that the only reason he is saying that is because they are going to loose my very expensive policy. Later he phoned while I was driving home and asked if I could check my emails at that moment as he has sent me a revised policy and again I told him as I had done doing many conversations that I no longer wanted this insurance. Well guys here is the main blow. Not only did they take my money on the 22 September, for the new revised policy for which I did not agree to, but on Tuesday I phoned them to get my money back and a senior advisor told me that the reversal would be done immediately. Come Thursday and still no money from outsurance, in sets panic as I need to pay my new insurance which I cannot do as outf..........surance still had not paid back my money. So again I phone in tears from anger and frustration and panic about not being able to pay for my new insurance, only to be told that the money would be released on the 3rd of October. Obviously I am not impressed and throw my toys out of my cot, I need my money. I was then told by a senior advisor that the money had now been released FNB to FNB so the money would reflect by 12 noon today Friday 29th October and that he has asked someone to contact me as well. GUESS What people, they **** again, I have just check my account 13:20 and no there is no money in my account from outsurance. So Outsurance 1 Dawn 0 and it has even cost me more, as I have made umpteen phone calls to them, my debit order for the new insurance bounced back so penaIty on that one. I seriously wish the I could speak to one of the big BRASS ****s of Outsurance to explain the mental stress that I have been under all because a consultant F*%$ UP and has anyone else noticed how a consultant never listens, if this one did, I wouldn't be writing on FB.
