Panel beater not repaired satisfactory- no response/assistance from Outsurance

Arrived to collect car after being told it was complete. Bonnet still covered in hail damage and a big dent wasn't there before. Parts still on back order , vehicle not washed. Service manager said they just bash out the dents, no paint work done and asked us to sign for job completion. Phd Outsurance who promised to investigate and come back to us. We are still waiting plus no vehicle. Phd numerous times every day- cannot speak to a manager, just keep promising to ph us back. No one ever does. Outsurance quick to take your money but not quick to assist or resolve a problem. 1st claim in years and such shocking service. What a disappointment!
