Palesa: what an incredible human being

<p>I would like to extend my gratitude towards Outsurance, but specifically towards Palesa Sibiya, who assisted me with such warmth and excitement. The amount of trouble that she went to, to assist me throughout this process was remarkable. After speaking to her a few months ago for the first time, and receiving a call back from her last week, with the exact same attitude towards me as in the first call.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to applaud Outsurance on their service, but again specifically applaud Palesa for her incredible service. I hope that Palesa will move up in the ranks of Outsurance, because she has managed to make me incredibly excited about being a client there.</p>
