Painless Claim

<p>After years of driving and 4 years of driving on the same route with no accidents (ok i dented my car once, a small dent), on the 22nd April 2017, i was in an accident that wasn't my fault.</p> <p>After panic, shock and disbelief, i called Outsurance to report the accident, a Gentleman called Wesley picked up the phone, after i told him i was involved in an accident, the first thing he asked was "are you ok". Emotional connection existed on that call, he ensured that the Tow Services were affiliated with Outsurance before they took the vehicle. Ive heard of stories of vehicles being taken by an unauthorized Towing Company but I didn't experience this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then came in other Representatives from Outsurance who bombarded my phone with calls, these were not just calls but calls of hope, calls of assurance and putting my mind at ease. They were in constant contact with me, keeping me updated on the process of the claim. Being a first time claimer, i was educated on what is what and what to do. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have emails, SMS's and phone calls backing up my story of how i was treated by the stuff.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am super glad that I didn't experience what other people say they experience with their Insurers.</p> <p> </p> <p>We would like to thank everyone involved in the processing of the claim especially Wesley, Maile Nkomo, Namile Ntuli(Godide, Mphemba, Ndlela kaSompisi), Cate, Marshnie Chetty and Nkululeko Msiza for your prompt and effective assistance.</p> <p> </p> <p>We really appreciate the painless process. </p> <p> </p> <p>Nkululeko; i have faith in you and your Legal Team to get my excess back from the other people, they must pay back the money as they have set us back 5 years.</p> <p> </p> <p>When the Lord provides a new vehicle, we know where home is.
