Paid Out even though didn't meet T&Cs

I damaged the exhaust on my car by reversing into a bollard at the end of October, it didn't seem so bad but by January had deteriorated a lot and was smoking badly. I called Outsurance to report the incident in January and even though it was outside the 30 day window for reporting, the claim was paid in full.<br> Awesome - Thx a lot Outsurance!
