Overbearing Consultant

I was looking to change my insurance, then gave Outsurance a try - I wish that I hadn't! Gave all my info, explained to Shelton Khoza, that I would not be making up my mind today, as I would need to discuss with my husband. He was overbearing, he would not let me speak, and cornered me into making a decision straight away - asked me for my banking details three times! I do not know that bullying was a tactic of Outsurance. Needless to say, that conversation ended in a hang-up.
