Overall bad bussiness
Im doing a 3rd party claim throught ousurance and i dont get any feedback from them and its been 5weeks already and i did send all the needed documents as requested.. a week ago i called them and they requested some documents again that i sended again which they received and said it will take 5days.. today I called them again after hearing nothing just for them to tell me sorry the lady was on leave and that i have to wait 5more days.. this is unacceptable.. they never call me with anything i have to call them and there is always a story with no progress.. this is the badest service ever..
