Overacheived!

Thank you Bayanda at the OUTsurance call centre for sending me exactly the report I needed with regards to up to date payments on my insurance. Not only did he do everything in his power over the phone to assist me, but he made sure I received my reports, then I mailed him the exact query from the bank, he rep**** with an explanation letter for them and proceeded to call me asking if I had received the document, and if that will suffice for the bank! <br> <br> Thank you for your care and very friendly attitude and for going the extra mile!
