Over the 20 plus yrs as a Outsurance client, I have had to claim a few times, as well as insure a number of cars over this period. I hate using call centre systems ( my age?), but in all honesty, regardless as to who I contact at Outsurance, besides their professionalism, it's their empathy to your needs at that point that stands out for me. Yesterday I had to sort out car cover, canceling old cover, and it was so painless. Thank you guys, you're truly awesome ( Mr Govender and Ms Sukhadiah ( Marsha) )
