Over Priced and useless service

I have been trying to cancel this insurance since the beginning of July. I have called their call centre and they keep giving me the run around. They debited my account even though I asked for the service to be cancelled. I signed up with Naked insurance, wihich offers a better service at a lower premium. I do not want their insurance, all I want is a refund of the money tyour debited. They were quick to sign me up but they are giving me the run around when it comes to cancellation
