Over many years excellent service
Over many years excellent service. Recently needed help with my home insurance, everything was explained clearly & my questions answered well. One major thing is that I recently was informed of a huge increase in the monthly premium. As a widow pensioner the new premium was more than half my pension. Can't believe that such a prominent company needs to do this.
