OVER CHARGING

In December last year I discovered that Outsurance were charging me three times what I could have been paying for the House Insurance on my bond with FNB. I took out a policy with Alexander Forbes and cancelled the policy with Outsurance. After 9 months and numerous e mails and phone calls Outsurance are still taking R650 a month off my account for this policy. <br> All I seem to get is an automated response to my query Enquiry *** saying that my request has been resolved.<br> Still no sign of a refund of payments or the cost involved.<br> When I cancelled the policy 23rd Dec last year the staff at Outsurance suddenly found that they could cut my premium by 60%.... Had they charged me the correct amount to start with I could have saved some R15000 over the last 3 years. Don't believe all you hear... <br> G D Warren
