Ovayo, the call centre operator is an absolute star! From submitting our pet insurance claim for hospitalisation for our bull terrier due to bi****y to the payout was 2 days. Everything was explained perfectly and easy to understand. She phoned us and stated the exact amount to be paid out after excess . She is a real asset to Outsurance . Five stars +
