Outusrance empty promises

Yet again outsurance has dropped the ball. Cedric promised me to phone me yesterday between 8-9am. I have plumbers working at my house and they cannot carry on until I hear from Cedric on an obstacle in the plumbers way. I tried 16 times to call him. No answer. Many messages. No reply. I even phoned issuance to speak to his superior and was promised she (Elizabeth?) would phone me back. Nothing. Note the work in my property has grind to a halt because of outsurance empty promises. Pathetic.
