Out(*******)insurance
It's been 4 months and still getting the run around from the most *********** and useless insurance company I've ever come across..a third party claim for an accident caused by their client and now I have to suffer the repercussions of outsurance apparently not being able to get the excess from him.. to make matters worst I now have to accept a partial settlement based on this incompetence..how is it fair that I need to suffer and my vehicle cannot be fully fixed for an error that was not my fault.. word of advise if u ever in an accident and the other party is insured with these ******* then my advise u better pray to God or to whatever u believe in because these ****s will literally draw every last drop blood from u and make up excuses to hell as to why they still in the right.. lord have mercy, eskom, saa, prasa and now this OUTSURANCE leading the charging on why we pathetic and backwards, third world backwards in terms of service delivery, honesty and just overall good business practice..

Whoever is heading this business outsurance department should be given a wake up call on the under qualified ***** that he has running this brand..
