Outsurrance refuses to pay out

On the sixth of July I was involved in an accident involving an Outsurance client where I was hit from the back and my vehicle was propelled forward where I hit another car in front of me. After much fan fare and following up on the case a representative by the name of John Schnepel now tells me their client cant be held responsible because she says she passed out before hitting me so she was not negligent, how preposterous. This company think they can keep receiving payments from clients but when it is time to pay they refuse. Outsurance is a bunch of Mafias who are busy swindling money from the masses under the pretext of insurance. This company is a bully and people need to realise that the soonest. I am giving this the last of my strength even if it means i will be broke through engaging with lawyers but they are not getting away with this...
