Outsurrance - ********** Misleading and negligent in the name of Profits

<p>Without Prejudice: as the corporates will say!</p> <p>Last year our vehicle was rearended (accident). We obtained a quote from a trusted Pannelbeater (about R21,500.00 ) and one from their suggested pannelbeater (R31,500.00). Outsurrance had the vehicle sent to COACHMANS Auto Body in Centurion.</p> <p>The vehicle was returned with poor workmansship and pirate parts (parts made in china that doent fit properly.</p> <p>Bootlid continueously popped open, bootlid not alligned properly water seeps in, bumper badly spayed and not fitting properly with the car. Called Coatchmans Auto Body numerous times and their B attitudes would even test a saints paitience , but were not willing to resolve the issue. We then where forced to take the car back and buy our staff a new Polo. We continued to ask Coashmans to reply and they refered us to the assesor who told them to have pirate parts fitted, and "washed their hands off me. After weeks of speaking to Outsurance and promises to have the matter looked into (never commiting to anything) its 8 weeks of phone calls and nothing done yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>Outsurance is a divious and underhanded company in dealing with women and now men. </p> <p>Outsurance took 45mins to provide me with a quote only after asking me ALL my identification details- and emailed me a diffrent price to what they had quotedover the phone.</p> <p>Outsurance promised me to send me link and then a CD of my conversation and 8 weeks later still have not provided anything.</p> <p>Outsurrance took 54 mins to load my car onto the insurance.</p> <p>After quoting me for insuring my car, I asked the proceedure of what i should do and how the repairs would be carried out if involved in an accident - and "get a case number" and "we only fit new parts"......</p> <p>After loading my insurrence, they put me through to the claims department and i asked the lady about what parts they would fit on to my car out of warranty.... she said new and hesitantly said a good second hand part. I asked about fitting pirate parts but she said not pirate parts. </p> <p>Well, the accesors force panelbeater shops to fit these parts. Outsurence is very agreesive when sueing other companies for their money, outsurance is very insistant in having their clients use panelshops that give rebates and poor workmanship for max profit. This is why 66% of SA cars not insured !!!</p> <p>I have this outsurance headache which just cant get resolved. When will big Business in SA start to treat customers properly!!!When???</p>
