Outsurnace - they always get something out
I have been trying to request that my policy be canceled for the past 2 weeks with no luck. No one responds to my emails and your online portal to log a query is actually a joke (I can recommend some people to fix that for you). As the clock is ticking, I am paying on a vehicle that is no longer mine. Thank you for that.

Nonhlanhla our retention manager has been unsuccessful in her attempts to contact you. She has subsequently cancelled your policy and emailed the cancellation letter to you.
We would like to know which email address you sent your cancellation request to? We sent you a private message with an email address for you to forward the same email you sent (HP blocks all contact information shared publicly) Once received we will look into the matter and address accordingly.
