Outsurnace - Terrible service and a *******!
Fast becoming the worst insurance company in SA! They constantly under asses claims they expect the client to do their job. And the call center agents are rude and uninformed. I will not be renewing my policy with Outsurance and would advise other people to steer clear of them as well.
