On Saturday my wife phoned me from a mall parking lot. Clutch pedal on the floor and gears stuck in reverse. Our insurers Outsurance responded immediately. Within an hour the car was collected (flat-bed tow truck), and brought home along with my wife. And all that on a Saturday afternoon! Service one can usually only dream about. Service supreme.
