Outsurnace leaving client in distress
Made an honest mistake today. Locked my keys inside my car. I call what I thought is my reliable insurance company for many years for assistance, finally I am using my insurance company.
I am given a delay for 2 hours before I will be assisted. Finally the locksmith arrives looking exhausted and tired. He spends a long time bending my door frame to my horror to get my keys. He can't get the door unlocked at first.
The locksmith gets under my car to unclip my bonnet and breaks an electric type cable off.
Once I pointed it out the locksmith got very rude. I feeling threatened. Asked him to leave.
After he left I tried to see if my car can run. To the horror, my car is not starting.
I called Outsurance to lunch a complaint. They recorded it and said they will get back to me...
2 hours go by. I am in such distress, my car is not starting. How will I get to work on Monday.
I call Outsurance again. The call center lady actually puts me on the spot with the locksmith company owner. Is this standard practice? The fact that the employee didn't deny braking the cable. No resolve was met, no conclusion on how I am going to get to work.
Outsurance leaving me as a loyal in destress.
Broken vehicle due to their subcontractor.
Why? Why even have Insuarnce from Outsurance, I always thought they are a cut above the rest.
Seems like this is the level of client services to be expected if you never claim and finally have a problem.
