Outsurnace is ****en up

Hi, I had a logged a claim with your team for out and about and all the details have been given to sum it up. I got a call at 16:54, to say the call will be recorded and if I give permission to call the information and I will sign a consent form to allow outsurnace had access to talk to contacts and view all personal details . I was also requested on my previous insurance company's I had . This sounds like ****en bull**** as I know outsurnace I'd looking for gap not to pay an out and bout claim . What if I left out an insurance company because I forgot that will seem like I was in the wrong. Also access to talk to my family, with **** is this for a pair of bangles .This looks like a full on , way and reason not to pay my claim .
